STREAM: Everyone's Looking For Home published on Feb 14, 2017:

Sam Outlaw has shared details for his anticipated sophomore LP, entitled TENDERHEART, out April 14th on Six Shooter Records.
On ‘Tenderheart,’ Outlaw offers an extraordinary refinement of the artistic identity laid out on ‘Angeleno’. Sonically, the album elaborates on his “SoCal Country” sound: a sun-bleached, Baja-influenced twang that deftly points to country’s neo-traditionalists and LA’s legendary singer-songwriters. Thematically, ‘Tenderheart’ is a thesis on self-discovery and the power of love – from the cinematic mariachi-laced climax on opener “Everyone’s Looking For Home,” to the determined swagger on side-A highlight “Trouble,” to torch song showstopper “Diamond Ring” - Outlaw meditates on his own conflicted quest for peace amidst the chaos of his chosen path.
The 13-track collection of originals was recorded in the San Fernando Valley and co-produced by Outlaw alongside Martin Pradler. Outlaw enlisted many of the same musicians that made his first album, 2015’s ‘Angeleno,’ an undisputed breakthrough and one of the best-reviewed debuts of that year: harmony singer Molly Jenson, pedal steel pro Jeremy Long and guitarist Danny Garcia, along with Taylor Goldsmith (Dawes) and Bo Koster (My Morning Jacket). In addition, ‘Tenderheart’ features local mariachi group Erwin Vasquez and Mariachi Teocuitatlan.
‘Angeleno’ earned raves NPR Music, Rolling Stone, New Yorker, LA Times, Wall Street Journal + many more. LA weekly called him “contender to be the biggest country star L.A. has produced since Dwight Yoakam,” he landed tours with Kacey Musgraves and Yoakam, and made his TV debut on CBS Saturday Morning.
Outlaw will tour extensively behind ‘Tenderheart,’ more info coming shortly.

‘Tenderheart’ tracklisting:
1. Everyone’s Looking For Home 2. Bottomless Mimosas 3. Bougainvillea, I Think 4. Tenderheart 5. Trouble
6. She’s Playing Hard To Get (Rid Of) 7. Two Broken Hearts 8. Diamond Ring 9. Say It To Me 10. All My Life

Last year’s inaugural festival was a phenomenal launch. With meet and greet opportunities and a warm, friendly approach, the festival encouraged a special connection between artists and fans and a wonderful communal atmosphere.

Where else could you have your pint pulled at the bar by your favourite country artists? Where else could you wake up in the morning to the sound of some of the genre’s best talents jamming on their guitars just a few tents away? The festival encapsulates everything country music should be – love, laughs and a big like-minded family.

This year promises to crank up proceedings another notch, with an array of immensely talented musicians from all over the world coming to the festival to showcase their craft.

The British Country Music Association will be hosting the ‘BCMA Stage’, presenting some of the brightest talents and rising prospects from the British country music scene, and there will also be a huge number of UK acts thrilling audiences on the Paddock Stage.

On the main stage, fans will have the opportunity to see a variety of international stars including Sarah Darling (USA), whose critically-acclaimed album ‘Dream Country’ has received worldwide admiration, as well as American Young (USA) who bring a wealth of song writing experience from Nashville and Australia’s Morgan Evans who has toured with superstars like Taylor Swift and Alan Jackson. The main stage will also be a platform for some of the UK’s stars to perform with full bands; a rare opportunity for fans to experience our artists at their very best.

As well as the music, conservation of the surrounding environment is also a matter that Buckle & Boots are passionately supporting. The site is situated next to Compstall Nature Reserve on the banks of the River Etherow, home to some of the region’s most beautiful and endangered species of birds, dragonflies and butterflies. Some of the funds generated by the festival will aid the conservation of these species and their natural habitat for years to come.

“Next Big Thing” BAILEY BRYAN introduces plans for SO FAR EP, out APRIL 14

Get To Know the Singer/Songwriter Credited for Co-Writing Each Track On The Upcoming EP

NASHVILLE, TN - March 24, 2017
Critics ranging from Rolling Stone to People, Entertainment Weekly to Huffington Post, The Bobby Bones Show to Perez Hilton have urgently selected singer/songwriter Bailey Bryan as an “Artist You Need to You Need to Hear Now” and the “Next Big Thing.”
On the heels of the release of her infectious first single “Own It," Bryan reveals plans to share more new music with her SO FAR EP (300 Entertainment/Warner Music Nashville), available digitally April 14.

Produced by GRAMMY award-winner Dennis Matkosky, Bryan co-wrote each of the five songs in the collection that is not only her story so far, but also a blueprint for who she wants to be as an artist. These are her stories, presented in a way that allows one to make them his or hers. Followers on Instagram are treated to pictures taken from the road and studio, as well as unfiltered, no makeup shots. And her scar, it’s a striking, waistline to shoulder tops zipper that came after back surgery. It’s a symbol of Bryan’s greatest hardship but also one of the most beautiful things about her, which led to a greater understanding of how the world works, acceptance and honesty.

“This idea, which obviously I believe so strongly in, that the hardships in life, the things that are the hardest to come through are what kind of form the most beautiful things about us,” Bryan says. “If you listen to ’Scars,’ it was inspired by coming to terms with this giant scar that I have on my back and the fact that I love it now, it’s a part of me and it came from a really hard thing.”

That’s Bailey Bryan. Thought-provoking tracks that allow anyone to replace her scar with theirs and then closes with words of wisdom and inspiration. Bryan’s formal country introduction came via a groundbreaking music video for her self-doubt anthem “Own It.” The irresistible clip, shot vertically, portrays her as wild but a little nerdy, awkward in conversation but “Shakespeare when I’m texting.” “Used To” is a more soulful selection of the Sequim, WA native’s dynamic debut project. Even a tear-jerking breakup song like “Hard Drive Home” finds room for optimism or at the very least forward motion. The boy she’s singing about is the one she left behind in Washington, but the emotions return every time her parents leave after a visit.

“I do think the reason I’m able to feel and be positive on a daily basis is just because — especially in my writing — I prioritize honesty,” the singer/songwriter says, pointing first to “Own It” and then the other songs.

SO FAR Track List:
1. Own It (Bailey Bryan, Dennis Matkosky, Casey Brown)
2. Hard Drive Home (Bailey Bryan, Dennis Matkosky, Matt McVaney)
3. Scars (Bailey Bryan, Tom Douglas, Dennis Matkosk)
4. Life Goes On (Bailey Bryn, Casey Brown, Becki Devries, Dennis Matkosky)
5. Used To (Bailey Bryan, Michael Hardy, Dennis Matkosky)

To see an in-depth look at the new music behind Bryan's SO FAR EP view here:

Bryan was recently chosen as one of only three all-genre artists for GRAMMY's Artist of Tomorrow initiative while “Own It” has been simultaneously handpicked by Spotify for their “Wild Country” playlist and was one of only two Country tracks on their “New Music Friday” playlist upon release. Its innovative new music video perfectly supplements her danceable first single that is for anyone with self-doubt, awkward moments and imperfections. Slacker, Sounds Like Nashville and Taste of Country have also all showered Bryan with early accolades.
The 19-year-old's venture into the music world began in her small hometown of Sequim, WA where she grew up singing on the street in front of her favorite taco stand.
Bailey recently attended the C2C2017 Country To Country Festival making several appearances on the Town Square Stage (Sat 11 March 2017 & Sunday 12 March), Yamaha Stage in the O2 Arena (Sat 11 March 2017) and the C2C Fans Lounge (Sun 12 March 2017)

She attended her very first Press Conference with C2C Festival 2017, London on Sunday 12th March 2017 | published by Your Life In A Song on March 15, 2017

Bryan is currently on the road as support for Kane Brown after wrapping a recent run with Dan + Shay.

About Sarah Dunn Band:

Born and raised in southwestern Missouri, Dunn grew up surrounded by a musical family. Her grandfather was an early rock & roller in the area, and she started learning to sing by sitting at the piano while her mother played. Music was also a respite from the hours of hard work Dunn’s family had to put in on their small farm. They didn’t have much in the way of material wealth, but they had one another and worked to inoculate themselves against lean times. “We worked so hard, there was not very much time for entertainment,” says Dunn. “So at the end of the day that’s why music is so important to me. It’s such a rock in my life because that was a lot of our fun time.”

“Figure It Out” is the first time Dunn has released a heavy ballad as a single, a sign of the liberating experience she enjoyed while recording Unbridle Me and taking new chances with her songwriting. The album’s title track nods at that process, appealing for someone take off her metaphorical restraints. With Unbridle Me, Sarah Dunn embraces freedom to sing for the dreamers, the misunderstood and the restless romantics.

The “Figure It Out” single, written by Sarah Dunn, is being promoted across the UK & Europe on the March 2017 #219 Hotdisc. Fans should request it on the local country show.
