Carrie Underwood – For the red carpet Carrie wore a stunning golden ombré embellished metallic short sleeve Reem Acra gown in this ombré from the Spring/Summer 2012. She accessorized with a Jimmy Choo complimentary satin clutch, matching diamond earrings, a ring, and bangle from Johnathon Arndt and a gorgeous hairstyle. (photo – photo )
As the co-host of the awards she made no less than 8 outfit changes and wore over $7 million of Johnathon Arndt Jewels throughout the evening, featuring a pair of Internal Flawless diamond solitaire earrings totaling 14.62 ct!
One of her first looks was a Georges Chakra asymmetric metallic embellished coral dress featuring a dragging chiffon train on the side. During a show segments she was dressed in a layered asymmetric white embellished cocktail dress from the Fall/Winter 2009 Haute Couture collection by Cengiz Abazoğlu. On her feet were a ridiculously cool pair of white, black, and silver “Glamourous” sandals by Ryan Haber.
Carrie accessorized with 18kt yellow gold Affinity Link Earrings with cut Diamonds and micro pave by Royal Asscher and white satin cuff with black ribbon by Cuffs Couture. During her Live performance with Brad Paisley she wore a black and white organza gown banded at the waist by a satin belt from the Fall/Winter 2011 collection by Tony Ward Couture with black Stuart Weitzman sandals. On her ears were a pair of black onyx and diamond drop earrings from Sutra.
Also during the show she wore a black and dark bronze sequined cocktail dress from the Fall/Winter 2011 Haute Couture collection by Georges Chakra that featured an open neck lined with dark brown pleated satin. On her feet were black platform slingback sandals by Stuart Weitzman. She looked very beautiful in a Zuhair Murad strapless silk dress covered in a beautiful assortment of floral prints. The gown with a pulled front allowed her to show off her hot pink Christian Louboutin sandals. She also accessorized with jewelry from M.C.L by Matthew Campbell Laurenza.
Among the many looks was a glitzy shorts tuxedo by Nikki Rich that she once again slipped on the “Glamourous” sandals by Ryan Haber. On her neck was a really cool limited edition “Pampilles” silver mordore crystal necklace by Baccarat.
Other outfits were a yellow gold 18kt ‘Stars of Africa’ full sapphire globe with floating diamonds necklace by Royal Assche.
Her Victor Velyan earrings featured chrome diopside, diamonds, emeralds, and pink and yellow sapphires.
She went for a “Rock ‘n Roll” dress by Mandalay
Faith Hill – Wore Chado Ralph Rucci a Spring/Summer 2012 which featured three quarter length sleeves, a crew-neck, and an illusion cutout a the front hem. (photo)
Grace Potter - Wore a beautiful cream-colored drape gown by Alexander McQueen and added her own crystals
Hillary Scott (Lady Antebellum) – Worked her curves in a shining sequin golden Reem Acra gown with a deep-plunging neckline paired with a delicate mermaid silhouette. (photo – Photo)
The Janedear Girls brought their own spunky style to the red carpet. Danelle Leverett opted to go the more traditional route in a black mermaid gown whilst Susie Brown stood out in a colorful confection paired with combat heels her Judith Lieber cupcake clutch (AP-photo) topped off the playful look. Jennifer Nettles - Wore a breathtaking grey silk gown featuring a halterneck, draping at the hip, and beautiful crystal bead embellishments from the Fall/Winter 2011 collection by Naeem Khan. She wore her hair up with casually swept bangs, light make-up and diamond drop earrings. (photo)
Kellie Pickler - Wore a Pamella Roland gown teamed with an oversized ring and floral diamond encrusted earrings. (photo)
Kimberly Perry (The Band Perry) - Lace was everywhere and had the prettiest white lace halter dress from the Ralph Lauren vintage collection. It was made in 1905, she told reporters after the awards ceremony. Along with the embroidered high-neck evening dress she had a fresh curled hair-do with black accessories. (photo)
Laura Bell Bundy – Wore a unique sparkling bodysuit by Sherri Hill with a purple over-skirt. (photo)
Lauren Alaina - Thanks to the stylist Amber Lehman she arrived wearing "Alyssa"(Diana Warner earings) ! Lauren made a stunning debut in a playful bondage-inspired dress by Mandalay
LeAnn Rimes - Wore a sparkling silver metallic gown from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection by Badgley Mischka. LeAnn allowed her eyes to pop with a little metallic shadow at the inner corners and she plumped up with pout with a deep berry shade. She accessorized accordingly to match her dress with Shylee Rose earrings and carried a quilted Chanel clutch. (photo)
Little Big Town – Karen Fairchild (photo - photo) and Kimberly Schlapman both selected gowns by Lorena Sarbu. Kim opted for a Resort 2012 silver sequin halter gown with plunging neck; Karen wore a black sequin gown with an open neck and grey sequin prints from the Fall/Winter 2011 collection. Both ladies carried clutches by Judith Leiber.
Martina McBride – Wore black satin pants and a sequined blazer with maroon peep-toes and a voluminous hair-do. To add colour she added Erickson Beaman earrings and a ring (photo)
Miranda Lambert – Wore a strapless black gown custom made for her by Haute Hippie. The dress featured a sweetheart neckline and lots of crystal embellishments. It clustered at the bodice before scattering down the dress. She wore diamond drop earrings, rings, and a Jimmy Choo crystal embellished silver clutch by. Natasha Bedingfield - Went for the more casual route in a loose crimson blouse with a sleek black pencil skirt. (photo) .
Reba McEntire – Wore a custom dress, a T&R with shrug/strap detail which was her own design! She collaborated with Terry Gordon on the dark green velvet gown with a crystal embellished attached sleeveless shoulder capelet. For her bling she was wearing a pair of Internal Flawless and "D" in color diamond solitaire earrings weighing 20.06 ct. valued at over $10 million. Reba also wore a one-of-a-kind Johnathon Arndt Columbian Emerald and Diamond Ring featuring the center Emerald weighing over 34 ct. to complement her elegant emerald green gown. In addition a Diamond Cuff featuring 31 ct. of brilliant white diamonds completed the timeless and elegant style that Reba represents. (photo)
Sara Evans – Usually likes to show off her legs but went for the long dress look. The dark one sleeve silk gown was by David Meister. Sara was able to load up on the layered golden and blue necklaces that she matched to her drop earrings, bracelet and golden. (photo)
Shawna Thompson (Thompson Square) – Wore a daring draped knit violet Jean Fares Couture gown with a deep plunge and sparkling accents. designer, Jean Fares is from Lebanon and is known for his sense of mixing and communicating with colors in a mysterious and elegant way. His portfolio is an impressive array of beautifully hand crafted designs featuring the characteristics of his ideal client: a woman who is naturally elegant, empowered, passionate and desirable. Taylor Swift - Wore a stunning strapless silk chiffon strapless gown by J. Mendel with pleating details leading into a show-stopping train. Her ice silk mousseline strapless couture gown had a gathered tulle overlay and feathered organza detailing.
She wore her hair up in a wavy curled ponytail. She accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz chandelier earrings and wore Christian Louboutin heels. (photo)

Erin Andrews – The blond bombshell sparkled in a hot pink sequined mini dress with mega-watt smile, a micro-gold clutch and dainty evening heels. (photo) She hasn't put out a country album -- yet. Miss Piggy! Yep, the prettiest ‘diva’ in Hollywood made her grand entrance at the premiere of “The Muppets” in a Jeremy Scott satin v-neck dress as a red feathered boa was draped around her.
Miss Piggy accessorized with classic pearls and a ruby and gold large cocktail ring. On her feet were a pair of glittery peep-toe platform pumps by Christian Louboutin. It seems as though Miss Piggy wore this exact same look the night before for the 2011 Country Christmas special taping with Vince.
